Jumping back into CRB Marketo templates

• made a bit of progress.
• added some global vars for nunjucks to further DRY this up
• learned that if you have a module in marketo emails, you have to ALWAYS use modules. Even if they're not editable, they have to valid modules. https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Email+Template+Syntax#EmailTemplateSyntax-Modules
